AI-native video studio
FrameStack Labs turns a single creative brief into a full set of finished, on-brand short-form videos — at a fraction of the time and cost of a traditional shoot.
Every frame directed, reviewed, and finished by an Emmy-winning editor. AI is the accelerant — not the author.
One brief in, the same film finished for every screen — the wide cut and the vertical, from a single brief.
Capability demo
We ran a single brief for a fictional coffee brand — Lightning Roasters — through our pipeline and produced five finished, on-brand cuts: a hero film, two hook variants, a format flip, and a paid cutdown. Same brief, five angles, ready to run.
Lightning Roasters is a fictional brand created to demonstrate the pipeline end-to-end — not a real client. Every frame, voice, and title was produced in-house.
Throughput, measured
The first build carries the one-time setup — the brand system, prompt library, and title kit. Every variation after it landed between ten minutes and two hours.
*One-time, non-recurring setup, folded into the first build. It doesn't repeat — the next brand starts from a foundation that's already in place.
How it works
You send the brief, brand assets, and any references. We align on the angles and formats worth running.
We produce footage, voice, and motion graphics through an AI-native pipeline built for short-form.
We edit, grade, QC, and deliver finished, on-brand cuts — ready to run across every channel.
The human layer
Generative video is fast — and unsupervised, it's sloppy. The difference between a content factory and finished work is experienced human judgment at every stage.
Twenty-four years of broadcast editorial judgment decides every shot, cut, and read before a model renders a single frame.
AI's failure modes — morphing, warped hands, physics violations, drift — get caught the way network delivery standards catch them: frame by frame, against a checklist.
Assembly, grade, and mix in DaVinci Resolve by a human editor. The QC checklist ships with every delivery.
Who's behind it
FrameStack Labs is run by Phil Stuben, an Emmy-winning television editor with 24 years in national broadcast post-production. Across 40+ network and streaming series — for Netflix, ABC, FOX, MTV, Bravo, and Discovery — the job was the same every day: turn hundreds of hours of raw footage into story, and catch every frame that wasn't right before air. That discipline is the foundation of FrameStack. AI generates fast, but it doesn't know when a hand is wrong, a cut is late, or a shot is lying — an experienced editor does. Every project here is directed, reviewed frame by frame, and finished by hand. The machines do the rendering. The judgment is human.
